GENERAL INFORMATION

Alaska Wilderness Tours Director - Each tour is conducted by a tour director who remains with the group throughout the tour. He/she is a professional, fully trained employee of Alaska Wilderness Tours.

Luggage - Due to space limitations aboard the vans, we urge only one normal size piece of luggage be brought. In addition, a small flight bag may be carried personally. Laundry facilities are available at lodges.

Not Included:
Air Fare is not included.
Alaska Wilderness Tours will assist you in securing the best available air fare or you may wish to contact a booking agent of your choice.

Tour Director & Driver Gratuities - The customary gratuity to the Alaska Wilderness Tours director and driver is not included. Such gratuities should be extended on a voluntary, individual basis and not as a group.

Baggage Insurance - Although every effort is made to handle passengers’ luggage carefully, we cannot be responsible, assume liability or accept claims for loss or damage due to breakage, theft or wear and tear through lodging and group carrier handling. It is important for your own self-interest and protection that you made certain you have adequate insurance to cover these eventualities. We urge the use of sturdy, latch type luggage for group handling in lieu of cloth/vinyl zipper bags which are more apt to break down through use.
